High-end PUD Dispersion for Skin Touch Paint

Skin touch paint is a topcoat product that has emerged in recent years, which can give the finished product a particularly soft, smooth and delicate touch like baby skin. When touched, it gives a comfortable, warm and elegant feeling, enhancing the finished product noble and elegant.

According to the market demand for skin touch paint, the engineers of Techincal Control optimized the raw materials and designed a waterborne PU resin suitable for skin touch paint ( PU821)。 The product has extremely low glossy, high transparency, excellent softness and rubber feels, and has good compatibility with other waterborne polyurethane dispersions and acrylic emulsions; if mixed with aziridine or water-based isocyanate curing agent, it enhances film adhesion and abrasion resistance. Suitable for architectural coating, leather, textile, wood and plastic.

8.Combined with hydroxy propylene resin 197, adding water-dispersible isocyanate curing agent to prepare 2K coating can significantly improve the hardness, scratch resistance and other physical and chemical properties of the coating film.

9.Compounded with polyurethane dispersion PU633, improved the adhesion on ABS and PC, and the scratch, and alcohol resistance, by adding 1~3% nitropyridine crosslinker.

Process

1.Employ item 1 to a clean dispersion cylinder under low-speed stirring of 200~300R/min;

2.Premix items 2~4 with another clean container, and then employ slowly in container A. Stirring at 600~800R/min, and disperse for 3~5 minutes;

3.Use DPM to dilute items 8 and 9 with mixing ratio 1:1 stirring at 9,600~800R/min. Then in order to employ items 5~9, and disperse for 8~10 minutes at 1000~1200R/min, then employ items 10~11.

4.Use DPM to dilute item 12 with mixing ratio 1:1, employ slowly and stirring at 600~800R/min for 10~15 After inspection filtered with a 200 mesh filter bag then packed.
