Crafting Snow-Capped Mountains on Leather: The Magic of Lorence’s TP Colors

December 12, 2025

When the majestic textures of a breathtaking snow mountain intersect with the refined beauty of leather, an artistic fusion of color and texture unfolds.

Introducing Lorence TP Color

Lorence TP colors are environmentally friendly paste pigments that are solvent-free. They deliver remarkable performance compared to conventional leather dyes or color pastes:

Superior Self-Fixing and Colorfastness

No additional fixing agents are needed; the pigment forms a natural film upon contact with leather, providing strong adhesion and exceptional colorfastness.

Exceptional Coverage

Whether repairing minor scratches or changing an entire color, these pigments offer seamless coverage with lasting vibrancy.

Outstanding Weather Resistance

Professional tests demonstrate that the pigment layer withstands both dry and wet abrasion, ensuring long-lasting durability.

Eco-Friendly, Solvent-Free Formula

By eliminating the harsh odors of traditional solvent-based pigments, this eco-friendly formula safeguards the health of creators, allowing for a more enjoyable artistic process.

The TP Leather Art Creation Process

Surface Preparation

Begin by using a leather cleaner in circular motions to gently eliminate oils and dust. Allow it to air dry to ensure a clean surface for optimal pigment adhesion.

Applying the Gradient Base Color

Mix blue and white TP colors thoroughly to create the base color.

Use a spray gun to apply a thin layer, then cross-spray with white to produce a natural gradient effect, mimicking the transition from sky to snow-capped peaks.

Utilize a tearing paper masking technique to outline the mountain and create depth.

Building the Three-Dimensional Texture of the Snow Mountain

Blend white and blue TP color to achieve a light blue shade. Using a palette knife, layer the color along the contours of the mountains, emphasizing the three-dimensional texture.

Use the palette knife to add depth and detail, enhancing the tactile quality of the snow-covered peaks. Finally, apply black TP color to increase contrast, highlighting the depth and beauty of the mountains.

Final Gloss Finish

Once the artwork is complete, choose either a glossy or matt resin finish.

Apply it evenly with a flat brush. Add multiple thin layers to gradually enhance the gloss until you achieve the desired visual effect and tactile quality.

From the spark of creativity to the final artwork, Lorence TP colors inspire a dialogue with the materials, allowing artistic visions to flourish.
