CHINACOAT 2024 will take place from December 3 to 5 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou.

Environmentally Friendly Crosslinker

In response to the coating industry’s needs for sustainability and eco-friendly water-based solutions, Technical Control has developed a Carbolinker that provides an innovative, safe, and environmentally responsible curing solution for water-based resin.

Unlike traditional crosslinkers such as amines, isocyanates, and melamines, Carbolinker has significantly reduced moisture sensitivity. In alkaline environments, this mixed solution offers an extended storage life and can effectively cure at room temperature. With its non-toxic and eco-friendly properties, Carbolinker also demonstrates exceptional reactivity and stable storage characteristics. Furthermore, it excels in chemical resistance, stain resistance, abrasion resistance, and enhances the toughness and adhesion of coatings.

Textile Printing

We have developed a high-performance water-based polyurethane resin ideal for screen printing on shoe uppers and garments, as well as for water-based textile inkjet printing. Our solutions deliver outstanding adhesion and wash resistance on a variety of substrates, including cotton, denim, nylon, and spandex.

Our application team is equipped to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to meet the complex formulation requirements for various substrate coatings and application needs. This includes attributes such as high elasticity, softness, wash resistance, abrasion resistance, and both glossy and matte finishes.

Overprint Varnish

Technical Control has introduced a water-based surface treatment solution that is widely applicable to various substrates such as grayboard, whiteboard,white cardstock paper, and coated paper. This top-layer scratch-resistant coating can replace traditional lamination processes, achieving 100% depolymerization. Once applied, the coated paper products exhibit outstanding performance in terms of crack resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, and waterproofing.

Industrial Coatings

Everyday items around us fall under the category of industrial coatings, including plastics, wood, and metal. The surfaces of these products require protective coatings tailored to specific applications and requirements, enhancing both aesthetics and performance.

Technical Control has developed a diverse range of water-based polyurethane resin products designed for general coatings on plastics, tactile surfaces, metal finishes, and wood.
