Join Us at CHINACOAT 2026
CHINACOAT 2026 will take place from November 11–13, 2026, at Area A of the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou.
Technical Control is ready to welcome you to Booth B53, Hall 2.1. Join us at this annual gathering of the coatings industry to explore our latest innovations and discuss your application needs.

Key Highlights & Preview
At this year’s exhibition, Technical Control will showcase its latest R&D developments and application solutions for waterborne polyurethane and other environmentally friendly waterborne products across five key application areas: industrial coating, digital inkjet printing, paper and film inks, footwear inks and textile printing pastes, and leather finishing.
Visit our booth for expert guidance on selecting suitable products and solutions tailored to your substrate types and processing requirements.

Industrial Coatings
With waterborne polyurethane resins at their core, Technical Control offers lower-impact industrial coating solutions for a range of applications, from plastic and wood products to metal substrates.
Designed for applications including general-purpose plastic coatings, soft-touch coatings, metal topcoats and wood floor coatings, our solutions deliver excellent adhesion, chemical resistance and scratch resistance.

Digital Inkjet Printing
Inkjet inks must meet two key challenges: smooth, consistent jetting without nozzle clogging, and durable print performance with strong adhesion.
Technical Control’s waterborne polyurethane resins combine excellent filterability with formulation stability to ensure consistent jetting while enhancing print adhesion and color fastness. Suitable for garment heat-transfer printing, direct-to-textile printing, and direct printing on coated paper and PET film, they help produce smooth, well-adhered prints with good wash and flex resistance.

Printing Inks
The transition to waterborne systems in paper and film printing calls for solutions that can replace plastic film lamination while delivering both the desired surface finish and effective protection. Technical Control offers a comprehensive range of waterborne surface treatment products.
Lamination-replacement varnishes: An alternative to conventional plastic film lamination, available in gloss and matte finishes. Excellent adhesion and blocking resistance help reduce plastic use at the source.
Soft-touch varnishes: Self-matting formulations with excellent clarity on dark substrates deliver a smooth, skin-like feel, together with scratch resistance and resistance to whitening at folds.
Reverse-printing inks for films: Suitable for gravure and flexographic printing on OPP, PET, PVC and other films. Fast drying and excellent blocking resistance support stable, reliable packaging print production.

Footwear Inks | Textile Printing
Technical Control’s waterborne polyurethane products support three key stages of footwear and textile printing: basecoat application, topcoat application and ink formulation.
Basecoats: Excellent opacity and resistance to colour bleeding help create an even base with strong adhesion.
Topcoats: Soft and highly elastic, with excellent wash and abrasion resistance. Gloss and matte finishes can be adjusted to meet specific application requirements.
Footwear Inks: Designed for formulating screen-printing inks for footwear materials and waterborne textile inks, offering strong adhesion, wash resistance and abrasion resistance.

Leather Finishing
Technical Control’s waterborne polyurethane resin solutions cover the entire leather finishing process, from basecoats and intermediate coats to topcoats.
Basecoats: Soft, non-tacky and polishable, combining effective sealing performance with strong adhesion. Cationic and nonionic options are available for leather substrates that are difficult to bond to.
Intermediate Coats: Balance a soft hand feel with mechanical strength, delivering excellent embossing definition and retention. Ideal for achieving clear, full-bodied grain patterns on footwear and upholstery leather.
Topcoats: Offer excellent weathering resistance, abrasion resistance, and wet and dry rub resistance. Available in high-gloss and self-matting options, they meet diverse aesthetic and protective requirements for applications ranging from automotive interiors to premium bags and luggage.

Waterborne Additives
Alongside these application solutions, Technical Control will also showcase its Carbolinker carbodiimide crosslinkers and range of waterborne thickeners.
Carbolinker crosslinkers provide an environmentally friendly, safety-conscious route to room-temperature curing for waterborne resin systems. Compared with conventional crosslinkers, they offer lower sensitivity to moisture and improved storage stability, while enhancing the chemical resistance, stain resistance and abrasion resistance of the finished coating.
Our waterborne thickeners help formulators achieve stable and consistent rheological performance.
