The LINEAPELLE international leather fair in Milan has successfully concluded. D&A Group presented a strong and comprehensive brand portfolio with D&A Edge Polymer, Technical Control, and Lorence, demonstrating its integrated capabilities in advanced materials, application technologies, and sustainable solutions to leading global brands and industry professionals.

Experimental works created by students from Parsons School of Design using D&A Edge Polymer and Lorence products were presented in Europe at LINEAPELLE, attracting strong attention from European luxury brands, designers, and industry professionals. Visitors were particularly impressed by the creative application of edge paint, refined craftsmanship, and the expressive potential of D&A Group’s materials.

A premium cross-disciplinary handbag collaboration was also showcased at the exhibition. Featuring high-quality leather combined with D&A Edge Polymer finishing techniques, the collection received highly positive feedback for its tactile quality, refined details, and overall craftsmanship. The presentation further demonstrated the Group’s strengths across material development, technical application, and finished-product aesthetics.

D&A Edge Polymer: Redefining Leather Edge Finishing Aesthetics

D&A Edge Polymer introduced two innovative speical effect edge paint,  The Gleam and Rocky, to the European audience. The Gleam delivers a fluid, mother-of-pearl-inspired sheen, creating a sophisticated visual effect with depth and movement. Rocky features a bold granular surface, offering a distinctive tactile experience that encouraged extensive touch-and-feel engagement from visitors.

Throughout the exhibition, the booth attracted consistent traffic, with strong interest in how innovative edge paint can enhance design possibilities and create a new visual language for leather goods. Enquiries regarding samples, application methods, and commercial use exceeded expectations.

Technical Control: Water-Based Resin Solutions Recognised by European Brands

Technical Control presented three major water-based resin solution systems tailored to key application areas, including bags and footwear, upholstery leather, and automotive seating. European brand clients responded positively to the products’ environmental compliance, performance stability, and suitability for demanding industrial applications.

In-depth technical exchanges took place on site, highlighting D&A Group’s expertise in sustainable leather finishing technologies and its ability to support brands seeking high-performance, environmentally responsible material solutions.

Lorence: Sustainable Leather Care Solutions Aligned with European Market Priorities

Lorence showcased its complete product portfolio covering cleaning, restoration, and recolouring solutions. Its bio-based cleaning series is fully biodegradable, meeting the European market’s stringent expectations for sustainable and responsible product development.

The TP color series offers strong coverage and excellent dry and wet rub resistance, making it suitable for professional restoration and recolouring applications. The Aqua Stain series water-based waxy dyes enables vintage, gradient, and artistic effects, expanding creative possibilities for leather finishing and customisation.

With a fully water-based and environmentally conscious product range, Lorence attracted significant interest from procurement representatives and brand teams with a strong focus on sustainability.
