Recruitment 

R&D Engineer

Responsibilities:

Product Development and Optimization
Responsible for the synthesis, formula optimization, and performance testing of water-based PUD resins, including new product development and upgrades (experience with soft package coatings and water-based synthetic leather coatings is preferred).
Develop and advance R&D plans based on market demands or customer requirements.

Process Development and Production Support
Guide pilot and mass production processes, resolve technical issues, and prepare production operation standards.
Supervise production processes, optimize parameters, and ensure product quality and stability.

Technical Documentation Writing
Write experimental reports, product manuals, and testing standards.

Market and Customer Support
Assist the business development team in technical promotion, provide customer support, analyze needs, and provide feedback on technical feasibility.

Team Collaboration and Interdepartmental Communication
Collaborate with production and sales to achieve project goals and participate in multi-departmental R&D tasks.

Requirements:
Age 28-45, with over 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Material Science, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Familiar with water-based resin synthesis, formula design, and performance testing methods.
Knowledge of market dynamics and common technical routes in the water-based resin industry.
Proficient in operating laboratory instruments and maintaining equipment.
Innovative thinking, resilience, and strong logical analysis skills.
Good communication skills and team spirit.

Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

Application Performance Testing and Experiment Management
Conduct application performance tests on water-based resins, including adhesion, water resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance.
Design testing plans, execute experiments, record and analyze data, and write complete reports and technical documentation.

Customer Technical Support and Problem Solving
Handle customer complaints and product issues, provide technical solutions, and optimize application formulas.

Market and Product Optimization
Track domestic and international resin product technology trends, analyze market demands, and suggest product improvements.
Participate in new product evaluations, testing, and market promotion.

Laboratory and Equipment Maintenance
Responsible for daily maintenance of testing instruments and 7S management in the laboratory.

Cross-Department Collaboration and Training
Collaborate with R&D on new product development and provide application feedback.
Conduct product application training for internal and external personnel.

Requirements:
Age 28-45, with over 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Material Science, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in application testing for water-based synthetic leather, inks, industrial coatings, etc.
Proficient in resin performance testing methods and equipment operation.
Familiar with the application development process of water-based resins.
Responsible, with strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel and work under pressure, with a collaborative spirit.

Sales

Responsibilities:

Customer Growth and Relationship Management
Responsible for developing new customers for water-based resin products through industry exhibitions, online platforms, or in-person visits.
Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly follow up, and resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction and repurchase rates.

Achieving Sales Targets
Develop sales plans, meet monthly/quarterly sales targets, and track order execution.

Technical Marketing Support
Collaborate with the technical team to provide product selection and formula optimization solutions.

Market Research and Analysis
Collect industry trends, analyze customer demand changes, and provide feedback to optimize product strategy.

After-Sales Service and Feedback
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with after-sales and quality inspection departments to resolve quality issues.

Requirements:
Over 2 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, preferably with resources in water-based resins and additives.
Knowledge of water-based resin characteristics, application scenarios, and industry standards.
Sales skills in customer negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection.
Ability to interpret technical parameters and communicate with customer technical departments.
Sensitive to market trends and capable of identifying potential markets.
Strong resilience, teamwork awareness, and efficient communication with technical departments.
Valid C1 driver’s license.
