【INVITATION】Technical Control Invites You to Visit CHINACOAT

The 27^th CHINACOAT will be held from February 22-24 2023 at Area A, China Import and Export Fair Complex. Technical Control will exhibit various types of water-based, environmentally-friendly resins and additives in this exhibition.  These products can be widely used in different industries including leather finishing, textile coatings, paper, ink, wood and adhesives.

Carbodiimide Crosslinker

Technical Control (TC) designed and developed a carbodiimide crosslinker (Carbolinker) which provides a new eco-friendly and safe crosslinking solution for the curing of waterborne coating resin system. Given the advantages of eco-friendly, high reactivity and stable pot life, carbodiimide crosslinker is commonly used in waterborne industry such as coatings. It is a new high-performance additive product.

Water-based Thickener

The thickener developed by TC has an excellent balance of thickening, and leveling, and does not affect gloss. Other types of thickeners such as cellulosic thickeners to obtain similar properties at the same time. It is featured excellent compatibility with ionic and non-ionic emulsions without affecting the water resistance of the paint film.

Matt PU

The waterborne matt PU introduced by TC does not contain any VOCs, matting powder or wax powder filler. The product is granted with natural matt and soft rubber touch after filming. It can be used in conjunction with water-based polyurethane varnish to adjust the gloss of the coating, and can be used as a matting agent on top coat of various substrates.

PUD Dispersions for Wood

The engineering team of TC, responding to the industry demand and with the R&D experience accumulated over the years, tailored a series of waterborne polyurethane dispersion for wood application.
